It began with offering my clients homemade botanical teas to ease them into the process of sharing their struggles. Then came a balm.... Thinking about my clients’ struggles as I worked on recipes forced me to consider how the entire body played a role in mental health. As I watched face after face light up, I began to see how being kind toward your skin can translate to a powerful emotional release. And I wanted people everywhere to get to feel this good.
